The Cincinnati school board voted Monday to to buy property at 144 E. McMicken St. in Over-the-Rhine, to make room for the planned renovations to adjacent Rothenberg School.
The property is worth $112,000, according to the Auditor's Office. The board is paying $182,500 in order to avoid potential legal costs of an eminent domain action.
