The dispute between Cincinnati Public Schools and 3CDC has been resolved, putting back in motion a $25 million plan that local officials say is crucial to the area's revitalization.
Monday, CPS said it had agreed to transfer the title for the former Washington Park School site to the Cincinnati Parks Board. This will allow for the underground parking at the expanded portion of the park.
